Track and analyze competitor product releases, promotions, and marketing campaigns, summarizing key findings in digestible formats for internal teams.
Maintain a live repository and reporting system of competitor marketing activities and trends in fintech and consumer banking.
Own and update the daily marketing performance dashboard, including KPIs by campaign and channel (e.g., paid, organic, partnerships).
Conduct deep-dive analyses into campaign effectiveness, identifying drivers of performance and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide pre-launch forecasts and post-launch performance reviews, helping to set targets, estimate ROI, and model scenario outcomes.
Support marketing forecasting and planning by building predictive models and historical trend analyses that inform budget allocation and strategic prioritization.
Drive the creation and delivery of Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews, synthesizing cross-channel marketing data with business outcomes.
Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and actionable for stakeholders across marketing, product, and leadership.
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring quality and consistency.
Use statistical methods and models to uncover trends and opportunities across marketing efforts.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Experience
2-5 years in a data analyst, marketing analyst, business intelligence, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, or Excel).
Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs, campaign metrics, and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Branch, Looker, etc.).
Exposure to performance marketing, CRM, and attribution modeling is a plus.
Skills
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a bias for action.
Ability to break down complex datasets into clear insights and business recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Technical
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
Experience with marketing dashboards or BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Solid understanding of marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, etc.).
Bonus: experience with cloud platforms such as Google BigQuery; understanding of A/B testing frameworks and marketing attribution.
Preferred
Experience in fintech or consumer-facing digital product businesses.
Certification in digital marketing analytics or similar fields.
Basic understanding of fraud detection is a plus.
