Who You Are:

As part of the Finance team, you’ll play an essential role in bringing our company to success through supporting the senior management with integrated purchasing strategies that supports the company’s goals and objectives.  You get excited with the challenges as you are a strategic thinker and people person. You are a team player, you know when to ask for help and when to lend it too.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated purchasing strategies from vendor onboarding to vendor offboarding 

  • Maintain and update procurement records and all of the important data 

  • Prepareing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies

  • DesignFollowing and enforceing the company's procurement policies and procedures including and not limited to vendor’s due diligence

  • Review, compareing and analyse cost parameter and purchase plan

  • Foresee trends and alterations to be able to anticipate unfavourable events that affect negotiating ability with suppliers 

  • Develop strong relationship with internal customers to understand the business needs and requirements around procurement

  • Oversee purchase timeline, project delivery, and quality

  • Oversee contract execution and conflict resolution with vendors

  • Prepareing budgetss, cost analyses, and reports.

Qualifications, desired skills & experiences:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Good project management skills

  • Strong understanding of procurement 

  • Ability to act, problem solve and operate independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives

  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, creativity, problem solving, and results.

  • procurement experience (2-3 years)

  • Attention to detail
