Responsibilities

• Source and recruit talent for strategic hiring needs
• Strategize plans to achieve our hiring needs 
• Establish great relationships with both internal and external parties in order to bridge hiring expectations
• Navigate in complex situations and problem solve with strong reasoning skills
• Influence and build arguments constructively
• Project manage hiring pipelines through strong communication skills
• Owns planning and execution around candidate experience
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience or related experience (in-house experience is a plus)
• Experienced in a start up culture
• Experienced with tech recruitment

Language’s skills    : English and Thai 

Workplace Area    : Bhiraj Tower Office

Working Hour    : Monday – Friday (09:00 - 18:00)
