A detailed-oriented and experienced technical leader. You know that data is gold and you treat it as such. You want to keep it safe, know how much there is, where it came from, how to safely distribute it to those that need it, and when to use alchemy to enrich it further. What You’ll Do

As our product launches, our customer data will swell, thus necessitating proper infrastructure to store it. Expect large volumes of highly sensitive PII data, transactional, behavioral, and marketing data; as well as raw, unstructured, aggregated, or featurized data. Some will need to be regularly submitted to regulators, some used by our data science and credit team to train our models, while others will be used for monitoring business metrics, analytics, and reporting.

You’ll help us:

  • Design schemas and ETL pipelines

  • Develop and manage data governance policies

  • Ensure the highest level of data integrity

  • Use data to discover tasks that can be automated

  • Build cutting edge credit decisioning and fraud detection utilizing ML/DL and graph technologies

  • Build and operationalize ML workflows that drive growth and reduce risk 

With These, You’re Likely to Succeed

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills

  • Versatility and eagerness to learn

  • Experience building containerized workloads and pipelines as code

  • Experience designing highly scalable data storage - Data Warehouse, Data Lakes

  • Expertise with cloud technologies - GCP, AWS, Azure

  • Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.

  • Knowledge of data governance and privacy standards (GDPR / PDPA)

  • Strong coding skills, especially Python/Scala, SQL, GraphQL

  • Familiarity with K8s, high availability, containerized workflows a big plus

Bonus Points

  • Experience in financial services, medical, or another highly privacy controlled industry

  • Exposure to graph technologies like AuraDB, Neo4j

  • Fluency in Thai and/or Bahasa

  • Experience with MLOps tools such as Kubeflow, MLFlow, Airflow

  • This position is based in our Bangkok office
  • We prefer to collaborate in person and don’t offer remote work
  • As an international team, English language proficiency is required
