About the role:
As Brand Lead, you will define and scale the Honest brand, shaping how we show up, what we
stand for, and how we connect with customers across every touchpoint.
This role goes beyond traditional brand marketing. You will be responsible for building strong
brand fundamentals that drive long-term growth, while also ensuring our content,
campaigns, and organic channels consistently deliver high-quality, high-performing output.
You will lead a team across creative and organic channels, and work closely with Product,
Growth, and Credit to ensure our brand strategy is deeply connected to customer insights,
market dynamics, and business outcomes.
How you will make an impact:
1. Build a distinctive, insight-led brand
● Own and evolve Honest’s brand strategy, positioning, and core narratives
● Develop a deep understanding of Indonesian consumers, competitors, and the
fintech landscape, becoming the team’s go-to expert on the market
● Establish strong insight loops (research, brand tracking, market intelligence) to
continuously refine brand and product strategy
● Define and activate key moments where Honest should win (Category Entry Points),
ensuring we are relevant in everyday financial decisions
2. Drive integrated campaigns and content that stand out
● Lead end-to-end development of integrated campaigns, ensuring brand, product, and
growth priorities come together seamlessly
● Build and scale an always-on content engine across channels—including social and
influencers—that delivers memorable, story-led creative
● Continuously evolve our creative strategy and distinctive brand assets to ensure
consistency, recognition, and impact across all touchpoints
● Foster a culture where bold, high-quality, locally relevant creativity is the standard
3. Scale organic growth channels with commercial impact
● Own organic channel strategy across website, Play Store, social, influencers, and
PR/publicity
● Ensure content and storytelling across channels are tightly aligned with campaign
narratives and brand strategy
● Drive continuous testing and optimization to improve key metrics (traffic, conversion,
engagement, CAC efficiency)
● Partner with Growth to ensure brand and organic efforts contribute meaningfully to
overall business performance
4. Build and lead a high-performing team
● Lead and develop a team across creative and organic channel management
● Set clear direction, raise the bar on quality, and build strong execution discipline
● Balance in-house and external resources (agencies, creators, partners) to deliver at
speed and scale
● Create a culture of ownership, creativity, and continuous improvement
What you need to have:
● 5-15 years of experience in brand, marketing, or growth roles, preferably in fintech,
tech, or consumer businesses
● Proven track record of building brands and delivering high-impact campaigns and
content
● Strong understanding of both brand building and organic growth
● Experience managing teams across creative, content, or channel functions
● Deep curiosity for consumers and strong ability to translate insights into strategy and
execution
● Commercial mindset with the ability to connect brand efforts to business outcomes
● Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
● Excellent English communication skills.
What makes you stand out:
● Experience in fintech, payments, or consumer finance in Indonesia, client or agency
side
● A clear understanding and exposure to all elements of the marketing mix, including
digital, offline, CRM, telesales, and other emerging channels.
● Strong instincts for what resonates with local audiences and culture
● Experience working with influencers and building content ecosystems
● Familiarity with AI-driven creative or content production workflows
● Experience linking brand strategy closely with product development and roadmap
