Who You Are:
You are a passionate and self-driven video creator who thrives on crafting visually stunning and engaging content. Always pushing creative boundaries, you love experimenting with new tools and leveraging AI to enhance storytelling and deliver high-quality footage. With a keen eye for detail, you ensure every frame aligns with the brand’s vision while optimizing for performance across platforms.
You have a solid understanding of video formats, codecs, transcoding, and compression, allowing you to produce seamless, high-impact content. Organized and adaptable, you manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Your creative mindset, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise make you a valuable asset in bringing ideas to life and delivering videos that truly captivate audiences.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling video storytelling that aligns with marketing objectives, brand guidelines, and platform specifications.
- Lead video ideation and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop storyboards.
- Edit short- and long-form videos, ensuring seamless transitions, engaging effects, and strong continuity for social media ads, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Add text overlays, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance production quality.
- Optimize videos for various platforms, adjusting formats, file sizes, and resolutions as needed.
- Shoot video content as required and manage raw and edited footage efficiently.
- Generate AI-powered video content using tools like Runway ML and Sora.
- Explore different creative directions and refine multiple versions of video content.
- Adjusts formats and file sizes as needed. Edits videos to targeted length and specifications.
- Ensure final video quality meets brand standards, performance goals, and distribution requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques.
What You Need to Have:
- 5+ years of experience in video editing, post-production, and storyboarding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and other non-linear editing software.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, transcoding, and compression.
- Experience in AI-generated video content creation.
- Knowledge of digital trends, editing principles, and performance-driven storytelling.
- Strong storyboarding skills to conceptualize and structure video narratives effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Experience working with a creative agency in advertising.
- Expertise in multi-track audio editing and sound design.
- Strong color-grading skills to create a cohesive visual theme.
- Experience handling high-resolution file transfers and video encoding formats.
- Ability to animate illustrations for website and application content.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (preferred but not required).
