As the HR Operations Manager at Honest, you will be critical in ensuring our HR functions are smooth and efficient. Your responsibilities will include:
HR Operations Management
Overseeing compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Managing payroll processes and SSO registration.
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Overseeing employee benefits programs.
Managing employee records and data confidentiality.
Conducting HR process audits for continuous improvement.
Candidate Scheduling
Coordinating interviews and meetings across time zones.
Ensuring a professional candidate experience.
Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Administrative Support for CEOs
Providing administrative assistance to the CEOs, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and other support tasks as needed.
Employee Relations
Acting as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Promoting a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Create manuals and internal documentation material for compensation and benefits programs.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, preferably in a fintech or fast-paced technology company.
Skills: Strong understanding of HR practices, excellent organizational skills, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
Technical: Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
