Who You Are:

What You Will Do:
- Ensure a seamless user experience across the entire product lifecycle—including brand, advertising, product design, customer care, and collections—by maintaining consistency and content accuracy across design assets.
- Help define the brand’s tone of voice across all user touchpoints.
- Partner with product managers to understand business needs and guide designers in creating effective wireframes and UI designs.
- Review user flows to ensure alignment with both user needs and business goals.
- Use quantitative data to identify pain points and collaborate with PMs and UX designers to gather qualitative insights through research.
- Implement lean, scalable workflows to boost team efficiency and collaboration.
- Support task prioritization by assigning the right tasks to the right team members.
- Collaborate with performance and brand marketing teams to align on strategic direction and creative themes, driving the development of high-impact performance ads.
- Share knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement across the team.
- Define and track KPIs to improve design team efficiency, while providing feedback to support individual growth.
- Foster a high-performance culture by optimizing team rituals like design critiques and weekly updates to encourage engagement and collaboration.
- Identify skill gaps and define needed roles within the team.
- Lead recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new designers as the team grows.
- Coach the design team to build strengths, particularly in UX and research.
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, and copywriters to evolve the design system with a focus on reusability, accessibility, and consistency.
What You Need to Have:
- 4+ years of experience in a design lead/manager role.
- 6+ years of experience as a product designer and UX designer.
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, or similar tools.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines on multiple projects.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Interest or background in design and accessibility.
- Familiarity with consumer banking products, such as credit cards.
- Ability to analyze cross-platform data across web and mobile apps using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to drive product decisions.
