Opportunity: As the Head of Debt Capital Markets at Honest, you will spearhead our efforts to secure and manage substantial capital resources. Your Role and Responsibilities

Strategic Debt Financing: Develop and execute strategies for raising debt, including structured debt, syndicated loans, and bonds.
Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market conditions to optimize debt structures and terms.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide the executive team with accurate reporting on debt activities.

Qualifications

Proven Experience:
- At least ten years of relevant experience in investment banking, specifically in debt capital markets or related fields.
- Strong networking skills and reputation for integrity and professionalism.
Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills with a proven strategic finance and capital raising track record.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and investors.
Education: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or an MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred.
