Responsible for:
Leading the Collections team, to ensure that the Company can meet its customer's repayment target
Operationalize collection strategy framework, by fully adhering to SOPs and making sure of the quality of collection activities
Collaborate with Credit Risk team in setting the overall monthly Collection recovery target and cascade it down to individual collection agent
Manage partnership with Collection Agencies which provide the support for the Company, ensuring that their performance and quality is meeting the Company's standard and expectation
Develop team members, enable them to reach their optimal performance and continuously improve the ones that are still performing below expectation
Develop and improve collection operational strategies, including but not limited to reward and punishment scheme, quality control mechanism, communication script, skip tracing, and other efforts that can maximize the output
Provide regular feedbacks to broader stakeholders on insights coming from collection operational activities
To be a successful collections manager, the candidate should have the following qualities:
Target driven, comfortable in working under pressure, and have strong multitasking skill
Exhibit strong leadership and interpersonal skill, especially in how to motivate and drive the team's performance
Strong attention to details, able to translate signals derived from Collection Operational metrics into actionable items
Good understanding on financial services related regulations, especially related to Collection activities
*This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia and will work in a full WFO setting.
