About the Role
As the Paid Media Lead, you will build the paid media capability of the future at Honest, embracing AI and automation to transform campaign management across all paid channels - search, social, display, app, video and affiliates. You will lead paid full-funnel planning and execution, optimizing the balance between upper and lower funnel media to drive sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will have a major impact on our company’s growth.
How You Will Make an Impact
Build best practices, tooling, and processes to enable best-in-class paid media campaign management from planning through execution and optimization.
Oversee day-to-day campaign budget management and performance to maximize ROI.
Identify growth opportunities, run test & learn initiatives, and continuously scale and improve performance.
Define and implement media operations best practices (trafficking, QA, optimization), leveraging AI and automation to boost efficiency.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to provide data-driven insights that inform and improve creative content development at scale.
Use analytics and attribution tools to identify trends, optimize campaigns, report KPIs, and support data-driven decisions.
Partner with Marketing, Design, Credit, and Product teams to run cross-functional big bang campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media, designed to make significant business impact.
Continuously enhance processes, technology, and automation to attract and engage users effectively.
What You Need to Have
6 to 10 years of experience in acquisition and paid media marketing within B2C, with a strong focus on app digital marketing.
Proven experience managing significant budgets for app clients, either at a media agency or in an equivalent in-house role.
Expert knowledge of paid media strategies, tools, and cross-channel campaign management (Google Ads, Meta, Twitter, TikTok).
Strong analytical skills to set KPIs, analyze data, and use attribution tools effectively.
Self-driven with a growth mindset, curious, proactive, and able to deliver bold ideas with execution.
Excellent project management skills to manage multiple initiatives.
What Makes You Stand Out
Fintech experience.
Experience collaborating with in-house design teams and leveraging AI and automation tools to improve both creative development and campaign operations/performance.
Experience with advanced measurement solutions such as econometrics, geo-testing, incrementality testing, and brand lift studies.
SQL and coding skills.
