Responsibilities
- Build a cloud-native financial API platform from the ground up in collaboration with other awesome engineers.
- Design and implement scalable distributed architectures to power seamless customer experiences for large user bases.
- Integrate with third-party systems/providers by writing flexible and scalable code with the appropriate levels of abstraction.
- Build and test reusable APIs.
- Design and implement testing strategies (from unit to integration to end-to-end testing) to ensure a high degree of reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong algorithms, data structures, and coding background.
- Experience building large-scale cloud-native scalable applications.
- Extensive experience with software engineering best practices (e.g., unit testing, code reviews, design documentation).
- Not tied to a particular programming language - you should be fluent in more than one language and willing to learn Go if it's not one of them.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong product sense.
