  • Provide technical support to company ‘s users in the area of desktop hardware, software and telephone system, including hardware movement and LAN cabling/testing. Including resolve related IT problems
  • Manage PC/Notebook and IT equipment setup and deployment using IT standard hardware, software, and configuration and perform timely hardware and software upgrades as required
  • Purchase IT equipment and manage all IT related documents in proper filing 
  • Perform other duties as directed by the IT Manager and IT Operation Supervisor.


  • At least 1-3 years experience in IT helpdesk service and IT support.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows based platform, Office365, PC, Hardware/Software/Peripherals, Network Infrastructure (LAN,WAN,Wireless), Virtualization platform, Internetworking, IT security and IT system management
  • Strong troubleshooting skill
  • Have basic conversational English communication skills 
  • Service-minded, possess a “can-do” work attitude.
