About the role:
As a Senior Performance Marketer, you will play a key role in the development and execution of our performance marketing strategy across all paid channels, including search, social, display, app, and affiliates. You will report directly to the Performance Marketing Lead and will have a significant impact on the company's performance.
How you will make an impact:
Build the performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and engagement
Manage the end-to-end in-house running of paid campaigns from planning to execution and optimization across channels such as search, app, social, display, and affiliate
Expand existing campaigns across paid channels while introducing new strategies to enhance performance and drive incremental growth
Collaborate closely with Designers to create engaging campaigns, built on a strong synergy between target audience and creative, that convert target users and foster exponential growth
Utilize data analytics, insights, and attribution tools to identify trends, optimize campaigns, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and inform data-driven decisions
Own a Test & Learn roadmap that enables the business to quickly scale up insights and inform more effective planning and execution
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to implement marketing technology and growth strategies
Continuously improve processes, technology stack, and automation to attract and engage users
What you need to have:
Indonesian language skills
5+ years of growth and performance marketing experience in B2C
Expert knowledge and understanding of performance marketing strategies, tactics, and tools
Significant hands-on keyboard experience, launching and successfully managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Twitter, and TikTok. You will be excited by the prospect of setting the best practice standards for media operations within the organization.
Strong analytical mindset to set KPIs, analyze data, and uncover insights using analytic tools, paid marketing platforms, and attribution tools
Strong bias for action and ability to work independently toward stated goals
Growth mindset with bold ideas and know-how to get things done
Proven project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives
What makes you stand out:
Fintech experience
App marketing experience, particularly running App campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
Experience managing campaigns within Google Marketing Platform (SA360, DV360, CM360, etc.)
Experience launching marketing technology platforms for attribution and analytics
SQL and coding experience
Experience writing compelling ad copy
