About Us
We’re looking for a content strategist who lives at the intersection of storytelling, culture, and strategy. Someone who can turn a business objective into a thumb-stopping narrative—and get it shipped. This role sits between campaign planning and content execution: part strategic thinker, part project manager, part creative hustler. You’ll own the end-to-end process of developing breakthrough content—from sparking the idea, to shaping the brief, to ensuring it launches on time and resonates with the right audience.
What You'll Do
As our Content Strategist, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through creative content! Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop content strategies and campaign narratives that resonate with our audience, based on brand and business goals.
- Lead the monthly and quarterly planning process identify key stories, cultural hooks, and content formats across always-on and campaign moments.
- Translate audience insights and cultural trends into bold content ideas with viral potential—crafted to elevate brand relevance across channels.
- Own the execution timeline. Working closely with writers, designers, videographers, and other internal and external creatives to deliver on-brand content, on time.
- Collaborate with Growth and Analytics to evaluate performance and refine future content based on what works.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, or editorial, preferably in agency or financial services.
- A natural storyteller who knows how to turn brand truths into scroll-stopping ideas.
- Proven track record of driving organic growth through creative and data-informed content strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital content best practices.
- Strategic yet hands-on—comfortable leading big-picture thinking while executing ideas quickly and effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and managing external partner relationships.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Deeply plugged into social and cultural trends, especially within the Indonesian digital landscape.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
