About the role:
You will play a key role in driving user and customer engagement, campaign performance, and business growth. You’ll work closely with product managers & credit team, to develop and execute targeted re-engagement campaigns, optimize our data infrastructure, and leverage performance insights to accelerate growth.
Your expertise will be critical in shaping customer communications, improving campaign effectiveness, and driving data-led decisions across the organization. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing and have hands-on experience with a Customer Engagement platform, SQL, and A/B testing, we'd love to meet you.
How you will make an impact:
Customer Engagement
Power user of MoEngage, responsible for developing and driving best practice management of user and customer engagement flows
Develop governance across customer communications, establishing a messaging hierarchy and consistent tone to ensure effective customer interactions.
Partner with Product Managers to create and manage user and customer campaigns, focusing on engaging users who drop off through the funnel, and reactivating dormant and inactive segments.
Drive the Salvage program, leveraging multiple channels (WhatsApp, phone calls, etc.), and test different propositions (e.g. product benefit, limit increases, incentives) to reduce drop off of users through the acquisition funnel.
Performance & Media Campaigns Analysis
Support with analysis of paid media campaigns, identifying key insights and performance metrics to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign targeting, creative performance, and budget allocation, using data insights to guide decisions.
Data Infrastructure & BI Improvements
Improve dashboarding and business intelligence capabilities for marketing, integrating new data sources and enhancing data quality and recency.
Leverage MMP Branch, Mixpanel, and other analytics tools to streamline data tracking, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Optimize data flow from Branch to Mixpanel, improving the accuracy of marketing insights.
Testing & Analytics
Lead the execution of A/B & geo experiments across various performance campaigns, testing hypotheses, propositions, and leveraging both paid and owned channels to maximize results.
Utilize SQL and tools like BigQuery to extract and analyze data, ensuring robust analysis and reporting for marketing campaigns and performance metrics.
What you need to have:
3+ years of experience in performance analytics, marketing, or CRM automation, preferably in a tech-driven or growth-focused environment.
Hands-on experience with a Customer Engagement Platform, and customer lifecycle management.
Strong analytical skills with experience in paid media analysis, A/B testing, SQL, and regularly using analytics and measurement tools like BigQuery, Mixpanel, or Branch.
Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and performance metrics in digital marketing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects while maintaining a focus on data quality and business impact.
Strong bias for action and ability to work independently toward stated goals
Growth mindset, you should be curious, happy to question ‘why’, with bold ideas and know-how to get things done
Proven project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives

Indonesian language skills
App analytics, growth or marketing experience
Experience launching marketing technology platforms for attribution and analytics
