We’re on the lookout for a driven Human Resources Officer to manage HR programs across the company - everything from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and compensation. The role will involve working, side-by-side, with the Directors and employees to foster a positive environment and make sure the company’s mission and goals are effectively implemented.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relationships, training and compensation process; monitor and make improvements as required
Manage all HR matters, including foreign employee permits, payroll, hiring, training, and all HR related documentations
Work closely with the company Directors on general administrative matters including handling some personal administrative matters
Design and implement programs to implement company culture and values
Provide counseling for relationship management including dispute resolution and team building
Prepare recommendations and trends to company Directors
Provide expertise and offer advice to employees in areas like career planning, employee relationships, strategic development etc.
Manage good relationship and documentation with various vendors including Bookkeeping and Tax vendors and external legal counsel, working closely with the company’s: (1) Head of Finance and (2) Head of Legal & Compliance
Managing Accounting administration including invoices and related Tax forms payment, filing and recording
Assist Financial and Tax audits
Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
Assist on other special projects as assigned by the company
Good command of speaking, listening, and writing in English. You will be interacting with important international stakeholders in Southeast Asia, United States and Europe
Over 3 years of experience working as a HR officer or in a similar position is a must
Experience in reputable international companies in Thailand that have hired expatriates is a plus
Female, over the age of 28
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Thailand local and federal laws and HR best practices
Has good knowledge and is familiar with labor laws relevant for expatriates in Thailand, such as work permits
Proven experience developing and implementing solutions to highly complex situations that call for ingenuity and creativity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communications skills
Willingness to learn is a must
Has the ability to manage work effectively and is result oriented
