This role will primarily fulfill three functions:
1) Representative of the credit team with the regulator - the candidate must be able to have a detailed understanding of the credit policies in place, and be able to explain and defend these policies to the regulator, and in turn provide insights from the regulator back to the credit team. This requires a deeply analytical person who is at the same time strong in communication and stakeholder management.
2) Build and execute productive loan credit policies - the candidate will need to help develop rules to evaluate and approve credit lines to large developers (or in the future perhaps other types of corporate loans). For this, understanding of reading company financial statements is a must, and experience with corporate loan or SME loan evaluation would be preferred.
3) Help localize general credit policies - the credit team needs market and regulation specific insights to help take into consideration country specific information. For this we need a candidate who has experience building policies using external data etc., and will be able to e.g. analyze data from external providers and see how they could be effectively used in credit policies.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
