Who You Are:
You are a confident, self-sufficient web designer who thrives in owning projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution. A true advocate for web development, you have a deep understanding of accessibility principles and a passion for crafting seamless, high-impact digital experiences. You don’t just design for function—you aim to create “wow” moments for users and have the technical expertise to bring them to life.
You balance creativity with pragmatism, understanding technical limitations while embracing the challenge of pushing beyond them. You’re resourceful, solution-oriented, and always seeking ways to improve performance, usability, and innovation. Your strong communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively while maintaining the autonomy to drive projects forward. In a fast-paced environment, you stay adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering excellence.
What You Will Do:
- Perform UI/UX design and coding, advocating for reusable components, wireframes, and email templates to ensure consistency and scalability, and accelerate the development process.
- Develop and maintain websites and interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS) in Webflow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from product and marketing teams to define project scope, specifications, and business requirements.
- Create well-designed and thoroughly tested code using best practices for web development, including responsive design and mobile optimization.
- Clearly define and document requirements for QA to ensure thorough testing, covering aspects such as responsive design, mobile optimization, and SEO.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing for accessibility, performance, and stability through regression testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
- Optimize website performance, implement customer edits, and propose continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to plan and execute A/B tests for the website, configuring experiments using GrowthBook to optimize performance and user experience.
- Set up and manage analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user behavior, monitor conversions, and provide insights for reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Manage regular file backups and website maintenance.
What You Need to Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in web design or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in website development, planning, and maintenance across various products and organizations.
- Strong proficiency in Webflow, supporting plugins, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, AI tools, and front-end development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of web UI/UX design and content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines efficiently.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Interest or background in design and accessibility.
- Familiarity with consumer banking products, such as credit cards.
- Ability to read and interpret web analytics data.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia.
