Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

Who You Are:

An experienced product designer who has worked on large scale, customer facing, digital products. You’re equally comfortable shaping and defining complex UX patterns/frameworks as you are driving the art direction for a new marketing campaign. You have a strong desire to understand user behavior and success through data and consumer insights. Not in Bangkok? Sabai Sabai, we’ll get you here! 

How you will make an impact:

  • Design and oversee the user experience and visuals of financial products from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, and marketers
  • Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of our products
  • Evaluate and translate product requirements into intuitive wireframes and develop them into high-fidelity designs for developer handover
  • Define, craft, and evolve design systems that provide visual consistency throughout our products and effortless scale to different form factors
  • Conduct user research to better understand our customer needs and behaviors, and apply insight to cutting edge design solutions
  • Be a good design advocate by sharing design best practices, leading design reviews, and mentoring our growing team of designers, engineers and product managers

What you need to have:

  • 7+ years of experience building and shipping applications or software
  • Interaction design experience, defining and evangelizing how an experience should behave based on a deep understanding of users needs
  • Visual design skills with proficiency in typography, responsive UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense, and how these elements impact product function
  • Design system experience with a understanding of how to create reusable components that drive scale
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • UX/UI design software proficiency (Figma, InVision, Adobe XD)
  • Demonstrable examples of leadership in non-product dimensions that have made a team stronger and positively impacted the work environment
